The brief was to create a commercial unit to sit alongside existing commercial premises, and create three first floor apartments.
Working closely with architects, we created a brand new commercial unit in keeping with the existing traditional stone buildings. The three first floor apartments were built to a high specification with a view for private letting.
We provided end to end project management on this design and build project, working directly with our existing clients.
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
We have maintained a great relationship with our clients on this project and are currently undertaking further work for them converting an existing building into six high end self-contained apartments – Details to follow shortly.
