The project involves the part demolition and renovation of a large, dilapidated residence, various extensions and garaging, and finally the architectural landscaping of the substantial grounds. Working carefully with the clients vision, brief and architectural designs, we are working to create a contemporary luxury home of circa 8000 square feet, whilst keeping the integrity and history of the building. Attention to detail being absolutely key.
The initial stages of the project have required part demolition of the building and substantial groundworks to create the basis for the new superstructure, and complete renovation of the existing building. Barker Construction Group will continue to project manage all aspects from beginning to end.
PROJECT MANAGED FROM BEGINNING TO END
We are working closely with the clients, architects’ specifications and Building Control to create features such as an extensive wine cellar and various renewable energy sources including a ground source heat pump system. Barker Construction Group will project manage from beginning to end, undertaking all aspects of the build.
