It’s a brand new year and we’d like to talk about new beginnings and a fresh perspective.
At some points in our lives we have all been guilty of repeating our behaviour; just doing the same old thing because… well we’ve always done it that way!
This situation was overwhelmingly apparent to our Managing Director on his recent visit to a textile firm in the north of England.
Following their acquisition of the company in late 2022, a longstanding valued client of ours needed some expert advice and guidance in turning this textile company into a modern workplace for for a diverse workforce.
After 50 years in business, although well established, the company was running on out of date operating procedures and facilities.
In the role of Construction Consultant, our MD carried out an in-depth survey of the business and was able to offer an unbiased assessment on the operating procedures, delivering constructive advice on how the business could be run and what facilities it needs. From the re-designed welfare facilities to DDA accessible toilets, our client was delighted with the recommendations made and the agreed layout plans.
